I think the screw could be designed better and made out of metal becuse the plastic breaks when splitting logs pieces of the logs can damage the plasticRegards Tony

7 ton log splitter
Absolutely love my 7 ton log splitter after years of using a splitting axe. Made a 4way splitting wedge to fit over the 2way wedge and a table that fits on the end of the splitter to catch the split logs. Log splitting now is a pleasure and so much easier
