This specific carburetor is designed for our newer generation of 15HP engines, first introduced in September 2021. While there is some crossover with earlier models (including legacy 14HP units), please check that your existing carb matches the one pictured. Titan Pro Tech Tip: The Danger of E10 Petrol!
Modern E10 petrol contains up to 10% ethanol. If left sitting in your chipper's fuel tank and carburetor for longer than a month, the fuel evaporates and leaves behind a sticky, varnish-like residue. This residue completely blocks the microscopic jets inside the carburetor! To prevent this, always drain your fuel system completely or use a high-quality fuel stabilizer before storing your machine away.
