UK delivery charges, timescales, and upgrade options.

Large Items (Pallet Delivery)

Our deliveries of large items (mowers, chippers, tillers) are carried out by experienced pallet couriers.

  • Timescale: Approx. 3 working days from order.
  • Delivery Window: Generally 08:30am - 6:00pm.
  • Tracking: You will receive a dispatch email containing your tracking details.
  • Contact: Couriers will generally contact you to arrange a delivery day. Please provide your best contact number.
Condition of Goods:
  • Standard Delivery: Items arrive boxed and require self-assembly/engine oil (not included).
  • Gold PDI Service: Items arrive fully assembled, tested, and palletised (ready to use - just add fuel where applicable).
Important: Kerbside Only
Pallet-based deliveries are a kerbside service. The driver will unload the pallet from the vehicle, but they are not insured to move the item into your garden, garage, or driveway.

Receiving Your Delivery

Someone must be on-site to receive and sign for all of our machine/larger pallet-based deliveries.

Signature Required
Couriers cannot leave machines without a signature. If you are not available on the arranged date, you may be liable for significant re-delivery fees.

Gold PDI Assembly Service

Orders selected with our Gold PDI service (Pre-Delivery Inspection) generally take an additional 1-2 working days for assembly and testing before dispatch.

Small Items and Damages

Small Item Delivery

The vast majority of our small items include FREE UK Delivery.

Spare parts and accessories utilise Royal Mail or door-to-door couriers. You will be provided with tracking information upon dispatch.

Should you require a faster delivery on smaller items, upgrades to a next-working-day service via our courier partners are available.

General Advice: Damaged Goods

This applies to ALL deliveries (Large or Small).

If your item shows signs of damage upon arrival, reject the delivery and request it be returned to sender.

Concealed Damage:
Please unpack and inspect your items immediately. Any damage found after the driver has left must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure a valid claim.

Please contact us immediately if this occurs so we can work with the couriers to get this resolved for you as swiftly as possible.

You are welcome to collect your order from us to save on shipping costs. However, strict conditions apply:

Restricted Access Properties

We must be made aware if you have any access restrictions (low bridges, narrow lanes, tight turns) before delivery.

If the courier cannot reach your property and we were not informed, delivery may fail and incur additional charges.
