Shipping and Delivery

Standard Delivery Conditions - Large Items

Our deliveries of large items on pallets are carried out by experienced couriers. The usual delivery time is approximately 3 working days from receipt of your order. The couriers will contact you to arrange a delivery day, so please ensure you provide the best contact number(s) for them to call you on. All of our products have their associated shipping cost displayed on the web page, below the "Add to Basket" button. Adding an item/items to your basket will also calculate the total cost.

Orders placed before 2pm (excluding Gold PDI assemblies) on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed/dispatched on the same day unless otherwise noted. If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, this will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Our deliveries of large items generally take place between 9am and 6pm; in busier periods delivery may take place later in the evening.

Restricted Access

We must be made aware if you have any access restrictions to your property before delivery is made. Restricted access could include low bridges, narrow lanes or tight turning areas - things that may impact the ability of a vehicle to reach your property. If we are not made aware of this, your delivery may be delayed and may incur additional delivery charges.

Receiving Your Delivery

Someone must be on-site to receive and sign for all of our machine/larger pallet-based deliveries. Owing to the large nature of these deliveries, our couriers are unable to leave these items without a signature. We always request that the couriers contact you before making delivery to ensure that the date for delivery is suitable and so that you can ensure that someone will be available to sign for the item. If delivery is arranged with the couriers but you are not available to accept the delivery on the arranged date, there may be additional fees for subsequent delivery attempts.

Damaged Deliveries

If your item shows any signs of damage upon arrival, we recommend rejecting the delivery from the courier and request that it be returned to the sender. If you are to do so, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of this damage so we can work with the couriers to get this resolved for you as swiftly as possible.

Remote Deliveries

Remote areas are classified as those that our standard delivery charge does not cover, which includes areas in the Highlands of Scotland, any off-shore locations and Northern Ireland. These may include, but may not be limited to, the following postcodes:

AB, BT, DD, DG, E, EH, FK G, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, LD, LL32+, ML, N, PA, PH, PO30+, SA, SE, SW, TD, W and ZE.

These totals will be adjusted automatically when you proceed through the checkout should a delivery surcharge apply. Delivery to some of these postcodes may take slightly longer than the standard 3 working day delivery timescale.

Standard Delivery Conditions - Small Items

Our deliveries of smaller items will utilise Royal Mail postage in most instances, though other door-to-door couriers may be employed depending on the size/weight/value of a specific item. Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be processed/dispatched on the same day unless otherwise noted. If an order is placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekend, this will be dispatched on the following Monday. Bank Holidays
