A beast of a machine
Product is a beast compared to electric shredders. A complete game changer. The instructions to put together are simply awful and made no sense but once you get past that part the machine is amazing

Delivered on a pallet right outside my garage door. Easy to build following the instructions. Once the engine has been primed I find it easy to start. Its shredded its way through Leylandii hawthorn and laurel without a single blockage. Much faster than my electric model. Very satisfied.

7HP Petrol Garden Chipper Shredder
Fantastic piece of kit started first time and has not put a foot wrong since.The manual is not 100 accurate and has a few strange sentences probably due to the translation into English.References to secure it tightly with gasket and nut probably should say washer and nut.I found that the wheels did not slide onto the axle as I would have expected but a little cleaning of the axle with emery cloth soon had the wheels sliding on. It is perhaps interesting to note that your image of the shredders axle mounting bolts shows 2 long bolts and spacer tubes. This is confirmed in the manual but not reflected in what is supplied. The mounting of the axle as supplied is by means of 4 individual bolts which I preferred as it simplified the assemble without weakening it.I think the engineering is excellent and I expect many years of reliable service. An added bonus is in the unlikely event of a spare part being required it is reassuring to find that a full set of parts are available.

Fantastic delivery driver- manoeuvred the machine right into my property. The packaging had a huge hole in the side but luckily had missed damaging anything. As per other peoples comments the instructions are poor and balancing the huge weight in order to fit the front support leg is a challenge I ended up lying it down. Ive had an electric shredder until now and this machine shows just how much time Ive been wasting. Well worth stepping up to a machine like this.

I am was very pleased with all aspects of the ordering delivery procedure which ran perfectly. The shredder arrived on time and was well packaged - for me it was simple to assemble. It started first pull and for the two times I have used it so far has worked well. Like all shredders though I will need to get to know the best way to feed it but I dont expect too many issues. Delivered in 5 days to highlands thanks. Robust machine. Ate an enormous rhodedendron only jammed once and that was my fault as I restarted the machine with some wood still in the chipper tube. Great engine started first time even on old petrol which is all I had. Exit shute needs cleared frequently and there are sizeable sticks ejected from the shredder but overall really pleased. A completely different sport compared to the struggles with an electric shredder.

Does The Job Easily
Got the Titan 7HP at a reduced price on-line as a gift for my husband. This machine does the job easily and was worth the money. The manual could be better written as it is a little unclear in places but this titan is powering away like the workhorse that i5 is.

Good wood chipper
BouPurchased this wood chpper for my garden work so it arrived very promptly and the customer service even in this pandemic when most companies are not responding quicker to customers with Covid-19 pandemic as an excuse sometimes while still trading the Titan Pro customer service was brilliant quick and efficient. My chipper hopper came slightly bent on one side as it was the delivery man fault I suppose. I phoned Titan Pro and they offered me an exchangebut I didnt want to send it back for this bent. I fixed it myself and they sent me replacement cutting blades complimentary. I am happy with my purchase.

The 7HP unit is a big beast glad I didnt get the bigger model as this one has plenty of power and its a 2 person job to keep it fed.The assembly and operating instructions are written in moderately average So far Ive had 6hrs of use shredding and chipping and now understand how the machine likes to be fed ie. not too much greenleafysoft material in one go as it doesnt fall into the shredding head and needs to be pushed down with woody material. Also make sure a load has cleared through the shredder head before adding more material. The fuel isolator switch on the engine could have clearer signage better to mark the OFF where the lever should be positioned rather than ON with an arrow pointing to the other end of the movement.

A really solid piece of kit that is making good mulch from a range of cuttings twigs and branches.The shredder had taken a small knock in transit and the Titan team put the replacement part in the post immediately. A great example of customer service.This is a really good value addition to the garden.

Good performance
I had a few issues getting started with this but it was worth the effort Im very pleased with the performance of the HP7 machine. The engine is a little smaller than I expected but from my experience so far it is plenty big enough for a domestic garden. It shredded my large pile of mixed hedge tree and bush cuttings very quickly and into good compostable material.

Couldnt do without shredders and electric models are feeble and labourious trying to feed material through a letterbox Wished Id found this earlier. The price is good for the machine. You need to advertise more widely.
