Returns and Cancellations

In accordance with existing UK distance selling regulations, you are within your rights to cancel/return your order, providing we receive written confirmation of your desire to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. This only applies to UK purchases. All returns must be addressed to our returns department, and a return number must be obtained before shipment. This can be obtained by emailing customerservices@titan-pro.co.uk

In all cases, the outward and return carriage costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is received in error. We would request that returned products be sent back in their original packaging. In the event that this is not done, and we are required to use a more expensive means of collection or packaging service, any excess charges we face will be passed onto the customer and a restocking fee may be levied. We will issue any refunds as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after cancellation. The customer is responsible for the condition and safekeeping of all goods until collected by us, or, if the customer returns the item to us by their own chosen means, until it reaches us.

In the event that the product has been used and has been returned as unwanted during this period, any benefit gained from use beyond normal examination will be taken into consideration when deciding on the amount to be refunded as will any damage from use, cosmetic or otherwise, to the item/machine.

In the event of a fault developing with a machine, the customer may be required to undertake basic fault finding with our workshop support team, prior to authorisation of a return to our workshop.

Should a manufacturing fault be found we will at our discretion either repair or replace the item. Should a return be required for this purpose, a full returns procedure will be sent after this has been authorised, but it is important to note that you must ensure that the item is safe for travel. If the item returned has a petrol or diesel engine, all fuel/oil must be drained to make this safe for transit. You are agreeing that you have taken these measures by agreeing to a collection of a petrol/diesel-powered machine. If no fault is found or if the fault is found to be due to user error then we reserve the right to charge for repair and the collection/return carriage costs.
