Pleased with purchase
The machine is well and solidly built. Until the wheels are on it is however a bit top-heavy and could tip over. Assembly or at least laying on its back to assemble is definitely a two person job. The instructions are clear although the images dont exactly match the model of engine being used. Key start is great. Overall the machine functions as Id hoped in terms of capability and speed. As many have said the exit tends to need frequent clearing it is just gravity and low down the upside is that this is because it is handling a decent volume of material. We had a problem with delivery in the machine arrived damaged. Titan Pros response was exemplary something you cant tell from a website. The replacement machine was despatched the same day and the damaged one removed when the new one was delivered less than 48 hours after reporting the issue.

Excellent - after tweaking.
Initially I would have graded the machine 4.5 out of 5 but having made minor adjustments to the machine it is worthy of a 5 out of 5.The two points I wish to raise have been mentioned in previous reviews. The plastic cover over the entry chute makes it extremely difficult to feed the machine with plant material etc. In addition it also hurt my wrist trying to push the cover downwards whilst trying to feed material into the chute. I removed the plastic cover and the problem is solved. The other issue is the exit chute . After 5 minutes of use this was blocked with clippings. I removed the metal rack and now the machine is easy to use.The machine is just awesome and easy to assemble.I do have one minor issue with the order. Having made the decision to buy this machine I rang the sales ordering hotline. Apparently it is easier to order it online. Well it was easier for the female I spoke to as she didnt have to do anything. Perhaps she was working from home because of Covid19 To conclude I would recommend this machine it is very powerful and far exceeds my expectations the electric start is worth the extra money but as stated I would remove the plastic cover over the top chute and I would not attach the metal guard over the exit chute.

Excellent bit of kit once safety guard issue dealt with the guard with holes in ok but the wire guard that is meant to go in front of it caused a back up inside machine. hot sure why both guards are needed. my second one is now removed. after removal chomped its way thru sticks branches and foliage on a curly hazelnut tree

A Beast
Have a large garden with bamboo and overhanging trees so needed something that was powerful. This has everything that I need to shred large piles of everything into small bits pieces.Having read previous reviews I had pretty soon removed the top plastic lid to the hopper and then the chute grill that I had put on during assembly. I appreciate that they both serve a purpose but the plastic lid is too rigid and makes putting leaves and smaller items in the hopper a real chore. The chute grill is in addition to the drumshredder guard and the mulch kept on getting stuck. Removing it has sorted the issue and no more blockages.The 15hp motor is great and doesnt falter with load after load. A great piece of kit

Well Titan Pro what more can I say it arrived Quicker than I expectedput it together in my front yard and wheeled it round to my back yard it certainly is a hefty piece of machinery it is all covered up and I hope to check it over tomorrow and start working with it this week as I have had problems down the Allotment as I have had a break in and my Oleo Mac strimmer was stolen and I had to repair the shed and make it harder for criminals I had no hesitation in buying the strimmer from you as also the Rotavator because of your excellent service and products. And I have no doubt in my mind the chpper shredder will be the same it will be well looked afteras the rest of the machinery I have down the Allotment. Heavy duty solution to most materials.
Good shredder that really can cope with most things. The design means that a fair amount of pre-treatment of the wood to chop into relatively straight pieces is needed and there is definitely a knack to using it well. Making sure there is nothing left in the feed tube when it starts up is mentioned in the manual but is very important I have had to get some other items to prepare the timber. However the chipper does a good job on most waste although it doesnt seem to like ivy which is a shame as we have plenty As others have said the low level of material makes disposal slightly more effort than it would be if it could empty straight into for example a barrow but I may investigate alternate approaches. I may buy some alternate wheels as the access between the front and back of our house is narrow and the wheels are wide.

The delivery was quick and excellent. The machine wouldnt be the easiest to put together if youre not technically minded fortunately I am but the Instruction booklet is good.The machine started first time which is excellent and has run perfectly since. There is absolutely no living with the plastic flap on the input chute so Ive removed this. Also the outlet grill was forever blocking with larger pieces of wood bridging and causing backup ... so Ive removed this too. Otherwise the machine is brilliant and has composted an enormous amount of garden rubbish already.

Gr8 bit of kit.
Just spent three days chipping 3 years worth of cuttings. This chipper could be much better but for the cost its a bargain. Couple of niggles like the exit chute gets blocked easily and you have to push the branches in rather than them self loading but Id buy it again. Plus Ive now got a tonne of chippings for pathways and the garden.

Superb VERY powerful electric start WORTH the money Choose this Shredder with confidence
Superb ordering and delivery - arrived on the Thursday morning as requested and delivered right into my barn. Fiddly to assemble - definitely worth the extra for a ready-assembled oneChips ANYTHING but does not like wet stuff - it clogs the output grills. A bit like You wouldnt cut your grass just after its rained do not try to shred loads of green stuff and expect it not to clog.2 workarounds - 1 put plenty of woody stuff through with the greens 2 leave branches with the leaves on for 10 days for them to dry enough to shred chip.I have used this for the leafy branch ends of trees felled for logs for hours on end and it is a magnificently satisfying performer - AND BRITISH TOO

High Quality Product
Arrived on time and well packaged. high quality build with easy assembly. Amazed at the power of this product will do what is stated. Electric start is worth it but also starts on one pull. shredding capability is fantastic will deal with absolutely anything. Easy to use and has great performance. I would highly recommend this product.

Titan Pro 14-15HP Garden Shredder
We have had our shredder for two years it is a superb product and has performed faultlessly.Just had to replace the chipper blade damaged due to my carelessness.I can also endorse its ability to shred paper and cardboard I have just completed shredding twenty years of office records about 150kg.

15HP Electric Start ChipperShredder
All in all the machine is perfectly adequate for its purpose. I chose NOT to purchase from one of the many other vendors of similar machines in yellow black or green as none offer spare parts or after-sales service.

further review after around 10 hours use
Hi all thought I had sent a second review previously but not seen it listed. returning for a review post use Machine has now worked a good 10 hours. Very fast and putting through many different types of wood oak willow fig pyracantha holly fir trees cuttings etc. Generally it needs two of us to keep the machine fed The safety mesh on the outlet does cause some premature blocking in this area but if you keep it clear very regularly then it is no trouble. All in all very satisfied with this great piece of kit it is proving invaluable as a time saver. Note that also the machine does not need to be run at high revs as it will still manage most things just above tick over. Good value product built well and so far reliable and dependable. I also have a large quantity of usable mulch which is probably equivalent to buying 300 in 2 poly bags

First Impressions of My TP 15HP electric start chipper
So this is my first impression of the chipper and Titan Pro. Titan Pro team have been excellent so far from the ease of placing the order choosing a delivery day to suit me and contacting them about delivery time on the day. Each time the phone was answered quickly and politely. The delivery guy was great he was getting towards the end of his day and was very cheery and placed the pallet exactly where I wanted it with no fuss or grumbles.Straight out of the box the chipper looks fantastic a really heavily built unit that looks like a very good quality product. I managed to assemble it in around an hour but be warned she is a weighty beast to move around. The machine arrives with its own toolkit and a set of PPE personal protection equipment Gloves ear defenders and safety glasses. These are fairly light duty but if you do not have such items it is a nice touch to get you started safely straight away. So thats it for now I will test at the weekend and will then really be putting it through it paces in mid November. I will return to write another review after this and add s about performance. One small observation on assembly DO NOT get too heavy handed with the spanners as the nuts are a bit soft and can strip easily.

excellent advise
Hi Philip just a quick thank you for the excellent advise I am very pleased with the new chipper. Its a beast eats through everything I throw at it. I now have it attached to the Quad and its really convenient to tow to where it need the mulch. Good piece of Titan-pro Kit.

Dear Titan received the new chipper at the week end. Excellent delivery to us in Galway. Thank your Irish courier for me he was a great help. The chipper is fantastic and I have managed to clear our hedge row clippings in record time. Its a very powerfull machine and great value.

What a tool
What a tool I had this shredderchipper sent to Spain where I had a big problem with Palm leafs. Not anymore it just spits them out in little pieces well pleased.

Let me say firstly what prompt service I have recieved so far the chipper arrived exactly when it was supposed to and you were very prompt in getting the VAT invoice to me. Perfect For your information the engine started on its first pull and made short work of a large pile of poplar branches. Very impressive.
